Highly recommend dental office. From check in to check out was fantastic. Friendly, welcoming. It is by far the best dental care I’ve ever received. My family has been coming to Village Family Dental for years. Dr. Wiles has been great with my wife, older kids and I. My little girl has seen Dr. Reed since she was 3 and he has been so great that she asks to go to the dentist to see him. Everyone in the staff has been so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They really make the whole experience pleasant. We really appreciate having this team available in our area.

My experience reads like a telenovela, a perfect love story, a horror story, or love at first sight…it all depends on your perspective. Ok boom! My appointment was at 0800…I make it in at 0750. I get greeted warm and welcoming (just like I like it). I meet my hygienist for the first time, and she’s amazing!!!! (You can tell that she works with kids, because her voice, is really calming and soothing “remember this!!” Ok! I get in her chair, and I can remember her saying “open your mouth” (because I was clearly failing asleep…remember “her voice”). This was THE BEST cleaning I’ve EVER had in my life, she was so dedicated and thorough; that by the time she was done, all I remember, was waking up, without my wig on my head 😩😪🫣! Like I literally fell asleep in the middle of my cleaning HAHAHA!!! Her voice was so soothing and her hands were so soft, that she cleaned my teeth so well, she cleaned me out of my wig 😂😂😂

I have been a patient here since it opened many years ago. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr Wiles is the best, I always trust his recommendation and Jamie is the best hygienist I have ever seen. The office staff are so accommodating and friendly as well. I have been at this location since it opened, I will remain a patient with this type of service and care for life.

My experience was great! The dental assistant was punctual to greet me at the scheduled time of my appointment. My Dental Hygienist was also prompt and ready to begin her cleaning on time. She had her tool’s readily available to begin her morning tasks. The atmosphere is also so welcoming. As I sat on the bench waiting for my hygienist to retrieve me, after having my X-rays taken, one of the other staff members in passing, greeted me with a huge welcoming smile and said “Good morning, how are you?” I love being a patient at Village Dental in Eastover!!!
